Foursome photos can be delivered on the Tee or at the awards banquet. Candids, hole sponsors and VIP images will be posted to a password protected website for your guests to view and purchase. 10 Ways to create great golf foursome keepsakes and increase your visibility.
- Remember, we deliver at the tee so your guests will be sure to receive their group portrait.
- To make sure your corporate memory is on the print, email us a 300dpi JPG file of the logo.
- If you have a really big VIP (sports or political figure) we can photograph all foursomes before they start (about 1/2 hour of shooting) so that your golfers & VIP can hit the links. If your VIP is stationed at a particular hole, please provide electricity at that hole for printing.
- Make sure we have the title of your event (name, venue & anniversary (5th Annual, 30th annual, etc) information with the JPG so it may be included ON the print with your logo.
- Make sure there is electricity within easy reach. So, look at the 1st hole and the 9th hole where there are bathrooms (source of electricity.) We'll need approximately 14amps of electricity.
- To help cover costs, consider having a corporate sponsor of the foursome portraits with their business' logo on the print.
- Our tables should be on-site, covered and in position at least two (2) hours in advance. They are the first thing we work with.
- Your guests will have their portrait made before they tee off, then receive their portrait after they finish. The photo station is fast and efficient and will not slow down your groupings.
- Depending on your event's tone, having a VIP at the tee can add to your event (ie: a model or product rep with samples.)
